Residential Supported Living
Person - centered care tailored to honor the individual resident's interests, customs and culture.

Special attention to helping the resident understand and manage aging which may include loss of function.

Encourage engagement with the broader community, assist with arrangements for activities.

Develop confidence and independence.
Day Habilitation
Person - centered habilitation appropriate for the resident's interests and plan of care with a focus on goals.

Functional life skills including cooking, grocery planning, handling money, cleaning.
​
Creative and expressive skills such as painting, crafting or music.
​
Community Integration activities including shopping, volunteering, visiting the library or museum.
​
Physical and Wellness Activities appropriate for the resident's needs.

Sensory and Cognitive Stimulation including puzzles, trivia, memory games, board or card games.
